S&P failing at the Yr1 pivot

Once again the Yearly Pivots are showing us where to buy and sell. Price this week tested the YearlyR1 pivot and is failing to close over it. We got a buy signal a few weeks ago on the Yearly(P) Pivot @ 1997. Now we are getting a sell signal.
