Oil is near strong resistance

WTIC oil futures (CLG8) is near strong resistance at the Yearly H3 and R1 Pivot Points @ $65-$66. Good spot there to reduce or hedge risk. A failure at Yr1 Pivots could open the door for a pullback to the YP @ $55 in 2018.
