Small caps IWM RUT near Rez

Small Caps Etf IWM & RUT index are close to resistance at the YearlyR1 Pivots(YR1). A breakout here could turn into a FAKE OUT! I recommended buying last month at the YWP-YP zone @ $148.55-$146.75. Now, I recommend scaling out(sell 1/3 $161.30, more at $163 and all out at $165) here at $161-$165 at the YR1 Pivots.
