10 yr. bond yields in 2019

10 yr. bond yields in 2019, went from the Yearly Pivot(YP) to the Yearly S3 pivot point(YS3) 1.50%. What I find interesting, is in 2018, the low was on the 2018 YP and the high was at the 2018 Yr3 pivot @ 3.25%. The complete opposite in 2019.
